Summary:

In this episode, we explore the experience of discomfort and adaptation, the importance of developing one’s interiority, the self as a sanctuary, safety in creative practice, American culture, Jamaican diasporic cultures, inter-cultural paradigms, expression, colonialism, food, music, sound and rhythms as home, how to embody home in language, dance, and the body itself.
